Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Tax Pro Hub Membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Scope

This membership provides access to general tax-related guidance, support, and advisory conversations. It does not include tax preparation, filing, document review, or implementation services.

2. Monthly Support Limits

  • Members receive up to 10 support requests per month (text or email)

  • Members receive up to 2 hours of advisory support per month (Zoom or Phone)

  • Support time must be scheduled in advance

  • Time must be used in 30-minute or 60-minute increments

3. Non-Rollover Policy

Unused support requests and unused time do not roll over into future months.

​

4. Additional Support

Any support exceeding the monthly limit will be billed at a rate of $150/hour, with prior approval.

5. Response Time

Support requests will be responded to within 24–48 business hours.

6: Service & Limitations

This membership is designed to provide guidance, support, and advisory insight.

The following may be discussed and reviewed during scheduled advisory sessions only (within your included 2 hours per month):

✔ Tax return questions and walkthroughs
✔ Scenario-based guidance and “what should I do” situations
✔ High-level review of specific items or concerns
✔ General tax strategy direction

7. Scheduling

All calls must be scheduled in advance using the provided booking link. Missed appointments may count toward used time.

8. Payment & Billing

  • Membership is billed monthly at $75/month

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

  • Membership may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle

​

9. Termination

Fulton Brown & Co. reserves the right to terminate membership access if misuse, abuse, or violation of terms occurs.
