Why This Roundtable is Different
Tax Preparation and Tax Planning Are NOT the Same Thing
Many tax professionals know how to prepare a tax return.

Fewer know how to identify opportunities, connect planning concepts, ask strategic questions, and confidently discuss recommendations with clients.
The difference is NOT software.
The difference is critical thinking, analysis, and application.

The FBC Tax Planning Roundtable was created to help tax professionals strengthen those skills through collaborative discussion and real-world scenarios.
"I am not dependent on software. I am dependent on my ability to analyze situations and create solutions."

— Dorcas Brown
