Cancellation Policy

To book your 1-hour Strategy Session with Fulton, Brown & Co., a nonrefundable booking fee is required. This session is agenda-based and focused on taking a deep dive into your business, finances, and/or tax questions. By the end of the session, you will receive a customized strategy tailored to your specific needs and goals. We understand that sometimes schedules change. You are allowed up to two reschedules, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. However, if the session is canceled or missed without proper notice, the booking fee is nonrefundable. Important Details: Reschedules: You may reschedule your session up to two times, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Cancellations/Missed Sessions: The booking fee will not be refunded if the session is canceled or missed. Purpose of Session: This session is a focused, agenda-driven meeting designed to create a strategic solution for your business. You will leave with a customized plan that helps address your specific pain points and move you closer to achieving your goals.
