Cancellation Policy
Please note that a nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your 15-minute Discovery Call. This call is an opportunity for us to listen to your concerns and inform you of how Fulton, Brown & Co. can assist you with your business needs. We understand that plans can change, and therefore, you are allowed up to two reschedules, provided they are made at least 24 hours before your scheduled call time. However, please be advised that if the call is canceled or missed, the booking fee will not be refunded. This policy ensures that we respect both your time and ours, allowing us to serve you better. Remember, this Discovery Call is not a full consultation; it’s an initial discussion to understand your needs and explore how we can support your business growth.
