Cancellation Policy
At Fulton, Brown & Co., we take every review seriously — your financial clarity starts the moment you book. Please take a moment to review the policy below before scheduling your session. 1. Booking & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your review slot. Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received. Once booked, you’ll receive an intake form and document request checklist to ensure we have the information needed to complete your review. 2. Required Documents: All requested financial records must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled review. This includes access to your bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.), bank statements, or any relevant documents outlined in your confirmation email. Failure to submit documentation on time may result in rescheduling your appointment. 3. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedules requested with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 reschedule fee. After one reschedule, a new booking must be made. 4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours but more than 48 hours before your review will be credited toward a future service within 30 days. No refunds or credits are issued for same-day cancellations or missed appointments. 5. Turnaround Time: Your detailed Bookkeeping Review Report will be delivered within 3–5 business days after your review session (or after all documents have been received, whichever is later). 6. Confidentiality: All financial records are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security. We do not share or disclose client information under any circumstance. 7. Next Steps: Once your review is complete, you’ll receive a customized report detailing: What’s accurate, what’s off, and what needs to be adjusted Recommendations for cleanup or correction Opportunities for improvement before year-end
