In this 1-hour virtual workshop, we’ll break down the basics of Sole proprietorships, LLCs, Partnerships, and Corporations including how these entities are created under state law, ownership structure, management, liability protection, and the importance of maintaining separation between business and personal affairs.
We’ll also discuss the corporate veil, personal asset protection, commingling funds, operating agreements, business formalities, and other foundational practices that help support a properly structured business.
